Can I pay with cash or check?

No, to keep efficient processes, we are only accepting credit card transactions - cash and check are not accepted.

What is the processing fee?

The processing fee covers the credit card transaction fees.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis minus the processing fees.

Do I need a passport to gain access to the Yard?

In short, Yes!

Drivers' licenses and state IDs issued by MAINE, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI and MONTANA are NOT sufficient forms of ID to gain access to the Yard. Drivers' licenses and state IDs from these states must be accompanied by a second form of ID (SSN Card, Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate, U.S. Citizen ID Card, etc.) (please refer to this link for a list of acceptable forms of ID).

If the following states DO NOT comply with the REAL ID Act by July 10, 2017, they too will be added to the Non-Compliant states listed above, and drivers' licenses and ID cards issued by them will need to be accompanied by a second form of approved ID to gain access to the Yard: ALASKA, KENTUCKY, OKLAHOMA, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA, S. CAROLINA, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON

Visitors and guests visiting USNA for Summer Camps, I-Day, Parents Weekend, Reunions, Athletic events/competitions, Conferences, Weddings, Memorial Affairs, etc., could be prohibited from accessing Academy grounds if they cannot produce a second form of ID.  Note: A U.S. Passport (current or expired) is a sufficient form of ID to gain admittance, regardless of state of origin.

Please help us get this word out to your classmates.  Best advice is to recommend guests bring a U.S. Passport if they're planning to visit USNA, particularly if they're visiting from one of the restricted or soon to be restricted states listed above.  The list gets even longer come October 10, 2017, if states listed in the attached doc do not comply with the Act by the due date.

Can I park in The Yard?

Getting your vehicle onto, and parking in The Yard is very, very challenging at this point given the various construction projects underway.  We do NOT recommend planning on parking in The Yard.  Most access will be via foot at Gate 1.

How much is the registration fee and pricing?

We are offering one fixed price for the events this weekend! That means the Thursday social, Friday social, and Tailgater are all included in the ticket price. The only a la carte item is for brunch at King Hall on Sunday. It is not to be missed, however! You won’t believe the changes to King Hall since we were mids!

Registration and the ability to pay will be open all the way through the reunion weekend. For those classmates who register and pay prior to August 1, the fee is $150 per adult and $25 for kids 8-20 and free for kids 7 & under. After August 1, and in order to keep our costs down with our vendors, we will be charging a $20.03 late registration fee in addition to the package amounts. After August 15, the late registration fee will be $50. We highly encourage everyone to register well before August 1 to help with planning and to save classmates money. In addition, swag is guaranteed for registrations prior to August 1.

What comes in the “swag bag”?

The swag bag features a 2003 15 Year Reunion cinch bag with zipper, custom t-shirt (choose your size and style at checkout), challenge coin class bottle opener, and koozie. We also have a variety of items with the class logo that are available for purchase, proceeds go to the class operating fund. Products not available for pickup at the reunion will be mailed to the purchaser.

Where can I purchase USNA Class of 2003 Memorabilia?

Class memorabilia is available for purchase upon login! T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Challenge Coins, Rally Towels and more items to come, including mugs, pint glasses, coolers, and more! Keep checking back- additional items will be available for pre-purchase to pick up at the reunion until August 1st! After that time, you may still make purchases, but we cannot guarantee they will be available in time for the reunion. Products not available for pickup at the reunion will be mailed to the purchaser. Go Navy and Class of 2003!
