Welcome to the USNA Class of 2004 20th Reunion
Hi, Classmates!
Your 20th Reunion committee has planned four fantastic days of events based on your input, and we hope you can join us! We have worked hard to deliver a fun reunion, maximizing time with classmates while keeping costs reasonable and including family friendly events.
Be sure to take advantage of early bird discount pricing only valid until 31 August 2024! Thereafter, regular registration fees will be valid through October 18, 2024. On October 19th, 2024 the price goes up one more time. Late additions significantly impact our vendors, venues, and planning for food, swag, and event enhancements.
If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to the Reunion committee and we will do our best to address it. Our email is [email protected].
SWAG/Class Merchandise
In lieu of swag bags, we have opted to set up a very robust class store so YOU can get what YOU want. Check it out, place your orders and let us know if there are items you think should be added. Don’t forget to check out the USNA 2004 ornaments just in time for the holidays! https://foreverfirstie.com/collections/2004-reunion.

Football Tickets – MUST PURCHASE TO ATTEND REUNION
For the first time, our reunion will be in the stadium in one of the double-decker tents. In order to get into the reunion, you must purchase a football ticket. You will be able to watch the game from the reunion (where we will be serving food and drinks before and throughout the game), so only a HILL/Standing Room ticket is required ($35 adult/$25 kids 2-12). You MUST purchase tickets outside of the reunion ticket process, the football ticket is NOT included in the reunion ticket. The link to purchase football tickets is https://fevo.me/navy2004.
Reunion Photo Quiz
Since it's been some time since we've all seen each other, we are setting up a game to help you put names with faces at the reunion. Please send a current photo (selfie, LinkedIn profile picture, etc.) to [email protected] – please include USNA04 and your last name the subject line. The quiz will be sent out closer to the reunion!
Company/Team Dinners – Friday Evening
Friday evening (after the Class Happy Hour at the new Alumni Center) was purposely left open to allow for time for Companies/Teams/Other Groups to organize dinners/get-togethers on their own. The reunion committee did the best we could to identify Company Reps who, in addition to providing reunion information, are the point individuals for scheduling (or delegating the scheduling) the dinners/get-togethers.
Additional Admin Notes
Hotel Room Block. A few people have asked about hotel room blocks. After exploring many options, we decided not to commit to any hotels. The discounts were not as significant as we had hoped, and the financial commitment with class funds was too risky. Hotels tend to be expensive for all home football games. However, Priceline still has some less expensive options. Additionally, a great and fun option would be to share an Airbnb/Vrbo, etc. with several couples. There are still many available options.
Married Classmates.
Each classmate MUST create their own registration in order to have a proper nametag. Only primary registrants will have classmate designated nametags.
Financial Assistance Available
We have funds available to help classmates for whom this would be a financial strain. Don't let the cost be a reason you don't attend. Please reach out to Lauren Warren-Zecchin ([email protected]) for assistance. All communication will be confidential.
