Welcome to the Class of 1968 55th Reunion. We're looking forward to seeing you. Our planning continues for a great gathering in San Diego May 14-17, 2023.

Cancelation Policy for Reunion Registration and Events
If notified by 1 May 2023, we will attempt to provide a full refund of your non-hotel room Reunion expenses less the processing fees. For non-hotel cancellations and changes in event participants, submit an email stating your case to Mary Buonaguidi at Mary.Buonaguidi@ConferenceDirect.com for review and approval by the Reunion Committee. If approved, a refund request will be submitted and a credit will be issued back to your credit card for charges within 120 days. If the charges have passed the 120 day mark, a $2 check fee will be deducted from the refund. After the deadline, we cannot guarantee the ability to fully refund these costs and trip insurance is recommended if cancellation is a possibility. Hotel room cancellations will be in accordance with the Hotel's cancellation policy. You are responsible for contacting the hotel and airlines directly regarding any changes in your schedule or cancellation.

How much is the registration fee and what does it cover?

The registration fee for the 55th Reunion is $195 for classmates only. This fee helps to cover the administrative cost associated with planning the reunion, but not limited to, ancillary tailgate costs, programs, usage fees, signage, printing, and nametags.

Can I pay with cash or check?

No, to keep efficient processes, we are only accepting credit card transactions - cash and check are not accepted.

What is the processing fee?

The processing fee covers the credit card transaction fees.

When does registration close? What are the late registration fees?

Registrations must be completed by 1 May 2023. Help out the reunion committee by making your plans early! You have the option to make payments over time, the earlier the better!
