Mix & Mingle Cocktail Party at the N-Star Banquet Hall at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. How much is the registration fee?

The registration fee for the 30th Reunion is $150 for standard registration. After September 22, 2020, all fees increase by 50% for all events. Help the reunion committee by making plans early.

Can I pay with cash or check?

No, to keep efficient processes, we are only accepting credit card transactions - cash and check are not accepted.

What is the processing fee?

The processing fee covers the credit card transaction fees.

When does registration close? What are the late registration fees?

The cut-off date for standard registration is September 22, 2020. After that date the registration fee and prices for all events increase by 50%. Help out the reunion committee by making plans early! You have the option to make payments over time, the earlier the better!

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis minus the processing fees. Refund requests will be determined by the Reunion Committee.

Do I need a passport to gain access to the Yard?

In short, Yes!

Residents from a state/territory that is compliant with REAL ID or non-compliant with REAL ID, but has received an extension may continue to use their current state/territory-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards, regardless of whether the card is REAL ID compliant or not, for accessing federal facilities, including military bases. This is what we call 'state-based' enforcement. Only the state that issued the resident’s license/ID must be either compliant or have been granted an extension in order for that resident to use that license/ID for accessing Federal facilities. The license/ID itself does not have to be REAL ID compliant until 'card-based' enforcement begins on October 1, 2020.

Starting February 5, 2018, residents of American Samoa, which is not compliant with REAL ID and was not granted an extension, will no longer be allowed to use their American Samoa-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards to access federal facilities (including military bases), enter nuclear power plants or board commercial aircraft. As noted above, this is what we call 'state-based' enforcement. American Samoa residents will need to show an alternative form of identification that is acceptable to the facility. Visitors should contact the facility to determine what, if any, identification is needed for access.

Where alternative forms of ID are required, typically, a government issued photo ID, such as a Passport or Passport Card, will suffice.

Can I park in The Yard?

Getting your vehicle onto, and parking in The Yard is very, very challenging at this point given the various construction projects underway.  We do NOT recommend planning on parking in The Yard.  Most access will be via foot at Gate 1.

What if I'm married to a '90 classmate, do we both have to pay the registration fee?

Yes. Since we base the registration fee on the number of classmates attending the reunion to cover the fixed costs for the entire weekend, we ask that all classmates pay their fee. Each classmate will need to create their own registration. This ensures each classmate has a proper name tag and swag. Thank you!

What does the Registration Fee Cover?

We're excited to share the details for our 30th year USNA 1990 Class Reunion. This registration fee covers the administrative cost associated with planning the reunion, but not limited to, ancillary tailgate costs, programs, usage fees, signage, printing, nametags and an exclusive Class of 1990 Swag Bag! Additionally, transportation will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn downtown, the Westin Hotel, and the Hilton Double Tree to the major events on the USNA Navy Yard from Friday through Saturday afternoon. This event has been subsidized by the class operating funds. Note: registration prices increase after September 15, 2020.
