Welcome to the USNA Class of 1994 30th Reunion

Hello 94! Welcome to the registration for YOUR 30th year reunion! All the reunion committees are so excited to share the results of all the planning we've been doing. From the initial survey over a year ago through many, many committee meetings and conversations with classmates, we have done our best to gather input and build the reunion YOU asked for. We faced many of the typical reunion constraints including geography, competing calendar events (USNA, NAAA and Alumni Association activities), and venue availability. We also experienced some challenges unique to our class (there are only a few venues capable of gathering the entirety of our very large group! Yay us! We've got spirit, yes we do!). We reviewed numerous lessons learned from prior reunions (ours and other classes) and consulted with experienced professionals as well. Through this entire process, we strove to generate value with an emphasis on maximizing opportunities for classmate interaction while not overcrowding the schedule of events. Be sure to take advantage of early bird discount pricing only valid until 16 May 2024! Thereafter, regular registration fees will be valid through September 17, 2024. On September 18th, 2024 the price goes up one more time, because being late impacts our vendors and venues. We made every attempt to reduce costs where possible while still providing the experience everyone has come to expect from our class events (keep in mind it is 2024, not 1994!). If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to a member of the committee and we will do our best to address it.

Married Classmates

TAKE NOTE: Each classmate MUST create their own registration in order to have a proper nametag. Only primary registrants will have classmate designated nametags.

Memorial Service

Your '94 Memorial Service planning team is honored and humbled to be trusted with preparing for our upcoming 30th. We know that connections with our Fallen run deep, so we'd like to include space for classmates with the closest connections (roommates, best friends, significant others) to help lead the service if desired. If you are planning to attend and would like to participate in a portion of a reading, or speaking the name of our classmate during the Memorial Roll Call, please email Chris Claiborne - [email protected]. We'll do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible.

Class Merchandise

In lieu of swag bags, we have opted to set up a very robust class store so YOU can get what YOU want. Check it out, place your orders and let us know if there are items you think should be added. Look for the 30th Reunion logo items to join the store this summer! https://foreverfirstie.com/collections/1994-reunion

Commemorative Woodford Reserve Bourbon

Commemorate the Class of 1994's 30th Reunion with a special edition bottle of Woodford Reserve bourbon! Brought to you by classmates Jerry & Jen Donahoe, owners of Mills Fine Wines & Spirits, this collector's item features a commemorative 750 mL bottle emblazoned with the Class of 1994 Crest. Reunion attendees who place their orders via the registration website will receive their bottle directly at the reunion. Don't miss this opportunity to raise a toast to old times and cherished friends with this '94 bottle of bourbon. Login to place your order - deadline for ordering is 1 Sep 2024.

Class History

Jeanne Woodfin is updating the class history and needs your help to fill in any gaps. She is looking for Fun Events On and Around the Yard when we were Mids, Interesting Facts about the Class, Flag Officers and Notable Classmates (both Military or Civilian Life), and Next Generation at Navy. Your input and help will be invaluable to keeping this recorded in perpetuity. Feel free to contact her if you have any questions: [email protected] or (928)247-2085.

Class of 1994 Golf at Bay Hills

As part of our 30th reunion celebration, we are excited to announce a Class of ‘94 Golf Outing at Bay Hills Golf Club in Arnold, MD on Thursday October 17th (note, this is NOT the annual USNA Alumni Golf Outing, which is scheduled for October 18th). Registration for the event will be open to the first 144 folks who sign up (classmates and significant others welcome). This will be a fun event with a scramble format, a 0930 shotgun start, with the golf portion completing around 1400 to allow for an hour of social time to follow at the clubhouse.

The Reunion Committee would like to extend a big thank you to Jim MacLaughlin and Kevin Havens for offering to be our hosts at Bay Hills. The cost of the event will be a motivational $94 per person ($14 of this amount to be donated towards the 94’ class fund), and includes golf, a light breakfast and snacks, beverage cart on the course, open bar and post event hors d’oeuvres. For those planning to arrive Wednesday evening, the reunion committee has secured a block of 10 rooms at the Graduate hotel in Annapolis. Please feel free to reach out directly to book your room(s). Hole sponsorship opportunities are available for those interested with proceeds going to the ’94 Class Fund. Shout Outs

Frequently Asked Questions

Please review our Frequently Asked Questions to have an enjoyable event.

How much is the registration fee and what does it cover?

Registration cost for the 30th reunion is $65 (Early Bird), $75 (Standard) and $100 (Late) and covers reunion expenses for registration/administration, business meeting, name tag(s) and other administrative costs. Registration is a required payment for classmates.

Can I pay with cash or check?

No, to keep efficient processes, we are only accepting credit card transactions - cash and check are not accepted.

What is the processing fee?

The processing fee covers the credit card transaction fees.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis minus $20 and the credit card company imposed processing fees. Refund requests will be determined by the Reunion Committee. Approved refunds direct back to the credit card as long as the refund occurs within 120 days of the initial charge. Refunds outside the 120 day window will incur an additional check fee of $5 for a check mailed to the registrant. Chargebacks initiated by the registrant will incur a $50 fee.

What identification do I need to gain access to the Yard?

Anyone 18 years of age or older must present a valid, unexpired original REAL ID Act compliant U.S. government photo ID card (e.g., state issued driver's license or identification card); or an original, unexpired passport to enter USNA grounds.

Where do I buy game tickets in the class block?

Purchase tickets in the Class Block directly from NAAA with this link: Click Here.

Can I park in The Yard?

Only persons with a valid DOD ID may bring their vehicle onto the yard. Getting your vehicle onto, and parking in The Yard is very, very challenging at this point given the various construction projects underway.  We do NOT recommend planning on parking in The Yard.  Most access will be via foot at Gate 1. We recommend using the busses provided by the class whenever possible.

Can I park at the stadium during game day?

In short, No. Parking will NOT be sold for the stadium (Blue and Gold) lots on game day. A season parking pass can be purchased by season ticket holders. Satellite parking is available at the Harry S Truman Park and Ride, located on Harry S Truman Parkway just off Riva Road. Shuttle service begins five (5) hours prior to the start of the game. Service continues throughout all games, ending approximately two (2) hours after each game's completion. The shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes, and drops off and picks up at the Navy Ticket Office at the Class of 1953 Pavilion. Handicapped Parking: For access to handicapped parking, you must have a season parking pass. In order to obtain handicapped parking, one must purchase a season parking pass as well as have a state issued handicapped parking placard or license plate. Please see the NAAA Football Parking & Fan Guide at www.navysports.com.

Does the Stadium have a Clear Bag policy?

Yes! Navy has adopted A Clear Bag Policy already enacted by many schools around the nation. This policy was adopted to enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient.

Permitted Items: Clear bags no larger than 12"X12"X6", small clutch purses no larger than 4.5"X6.5", blankets, seat cushions, diaper bags, umbrella strollers, and video cameras. All items will be inspected.

Prohibited Items: Backpacks, computer bags, purses, fanny packs, brief cases, binocular cases, camera cases, tote bags, firearms, bottles (glass or plastic), cans, thermoses, coolers, alcoholic beverages, outside food or drink, large bags, folding chairs, umbrellas, profession cameras and tripods, noise makers, hanging banners/signs/sticks, chains, illegal substances, laser pointers, clothing containing vulgar language, large strollers, fireworks, aerosol cans, pets, pepper spray, and any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate.

What if I'm married to a '94 classmate, do we both have to pay the registration fee?

Yes. Since we base the registration fee on the number of classmates attending the reunion to cover the fixed costs for the entire weekend, we ask that all classmates pay their fee. Each classmate will need to create their own registration. This ensures each classmate has a proper name tag and swag. Thank you!

Our Committee

If you see any of these committee members, please give them a huge thank you as they have given of their time and efforts to help make the event fun and enjoyable for everyone!
