McGarvey’s is closing it doors for ’94!  Our weekend gets underway at McGarvey’s on Thursday, 24 Oct 19.  Our Classmates, and owners of McGarvey’s: Chris Hannan, Kevin Havens, and Jim MacLaughlin are hosting a private event for ’94, including a full Open Bar and appetizers all night.  Party starts at 1600.   Price is $19.94.   Signup is available on the Reunion Website.  You can also check-in for the Reunion Weekend at the same time!

Saturday check-in will begin 2.5 hours before game time at the tailgate spot.

The tailgater menu is a "Taste of the Chesapeake" from Bo Brooks Catering (owned and operated by classmate, Chris Hannan). Taste of the Chesapeake features Eastern Shore grilled chicken, hot pit beef, a full raw bar complete with oysters, clams, steamed shrimp, and Maryland crab soup. In addition to the antipasto table, sides will include caesar salad, cole slaw, and homemade potato chips. Enjoy the unlimited beers, house wines, and soft drinks. A cash bar for mixed drinks and spirits will also be available.

Can I pay with cash or check?

No, to keep efficient processes, we are only accepting credit card transactions - cash and check are not accepted.

What is the processing fee?

The processing fee covers the credit card transaction fees.

When does registration close? What are the late registration fees?

The cut-off date for early registration of $80 is March 18, 2019. Regular registration of $94 ends September 27, 2019. After September 27th, the total registration fee goes to $188 ($94 x 2). Please help the committee by registering early.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis minus the processing fees.

Do I need a passport to gain access to the Yard?

In short, Yes!

Residents from a state/territory that is compliant with REAL ID or non-compliant with REAL ID, but has received an extension may continue to use their current state/territory-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards, regardless of whether the card is REAL ID compliant or not, for accessing federal facilities, including military bases. This is what we call 'state-based' enforcement. Only the state that issued the resident’s license/ID must be either compliant or have been granted an extension in order for that resident to use that license/ID for accessing Federal facilities. The license/ID itself does not have to be REAL ID compliant until 'card-based' enforcement begins on October 1, 2020.

Starting February 5, 2018, residents of American Samoa, which is not compliant with REAL ID and was not granted an extension, will no longer be allowed to use their American Samoa-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards to access federal facilities (including military bases), enter nuclear power plants or board commercial aircraft. As noted above, this is what we call 'state-based' enforcement. American Samoa residents will need to show an alternative form of identification that is acceptable to the facility. Visitors should contact the facility to determine what, if any, identification is needed for access.

Where alternative forms of ID are required, typically, a government issued photo ID, such as a Passport or Passport Card, will suffice.

Can I park in The Yard?

Getting your vehicle onto, and parking in The Yard is very, very challenging at this point given the various construction projects underway.  We do NOT recommend planning on parking in The Yard.  Most access will be via foot at Gate 1.

What if I'm married to a '94 classmate, do we both have to pay the registration fee?

Yes. Since we base the registration fee on the number of classmates attending the reunion to cover the fixed costs for the entire weekend, we ask that all classmates pay their fee. Each classmate will need to create their own registration. This ensures each classmate has a proper name tag and swag. Thank you!
