Do I need a football ticket to get into the 1993 Tailgate?

YES! You will need a football ticket for each person to enter Saturday's '93 25th Reunion Tailgate in the Class of '53 Pavilion and Class Ring North West.  To get tickets in the class block use the promo code 1993 and this link: http://ev12.evenue.net/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/EVExecMacro?linkID=navy&evm=prmo&RSRC=&RDAT=&caller=PR.

Can I pay with cash or check?

No, to keep efficient processes, we are only accepting credit card transactions - cash and check are not accepted.

What is the processing fee?

The processing fee covers the credit card transaction fees.

When does registration close?

Normal registration will close on July 1, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. After this time, bundle pricing will be no longer available and there will be a 10% increase for the a la carte items. On August 1, 2018 there will be another 10% increase in the a la carte items. On September 1, 2018 there will be another 5% increase in the a la carte items. Registration will remain open through the reunion. Please plan ahead accordingly and help the Reunion Committee prepare for the reunion in a "relaxed" fashion.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis minus the processing fees.

What does the $93 Reunion Registration Fee cover?

The fee covers the cost of the buses, the support for check-in at our reunion hotel and other locations, the Class Welcome Social on Thursday, the swag bags that each registered adult will receive, and (if it runs) the additional costs to put on the 5K run.  There will be a website to purchase additional swag items if you wish.

What is the $9.30 Class Donation?

This is an optional donation to the Class Fund which will allow the Class to help subsidize attendance by the families of fallen Classmates, and also provides us working funds between Reunions for tailgaters, memorial services and other needs that come up. While this is optional, we ask you to seriously consider a donation!

Do I have to pay this in full now?

You're always welcome to pay in full, or during checkout, you have the option of paying monthly which will be your total divided by the number of months until the reunion.

Are children allowed at Reunion Events?

Yes, children are welcome at all events, however, there are not separate activities planned for children, nor is there childcare being offered. There is separate pricing for kids to attend each of the events, based on age range.

Do I need a passport to gain access to the Yard?

In short, Yes!

Drivers' licenses and state IDs issued by MAINE, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI and MONTANA are NOT sufficient forms of ID to gain access to the Yard. Drivers' licenses and state IDs from these states must be accompanied by a second form of ID (SSN Card, Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate, U.S. Citizen ID Card, etc.) (please refer to this link for a list of acceptable forms of ID).

If the following states DO NOT comply with the REAL ID Act by July 10, 2017, they too will be added to the Non-Compliant states listed above, and drivers' licenses and ID cards issued by them will need to be accompanied by a second form of approved ID to gain access to the Yard: ALASKA, KENTUCKY, OKLAHOMA, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA, S. CAROLINA, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON

Visitors and guests visiting USNA for Summer Camps, I-Day, Parents Weekend, Reunions, Athletic events/competitions, Conferences, Weddings, Memorial Affairs, etc., could be prohibited from accessing Academy grounds if they cannot produce a second form of ID.  Note: A U.S. Passport (current or expired) is a sufficient form of ID to gain admittance, regardless of state of origin.

Please help us get this word out to your classmates.  Best advice is to recommend guests bring a U.S. Passport if they're planning to visit USNA, particularly if they're visiting from one of the restricted or soon to be restricted states listed above.  The list gets even longer come October 10, 2017, if states listed in the attached doc do not comply with the Act by the due date.

Will there be transportation during the Reunion?

Buses will be available on Friday, Sat and Sun between both hotels (DoubleTree and Crowne Plaza) and the Yard and reunion events.

Where and When can I check-in at the Reunion?

We will have Reunion Check-in Available at various times during the Reunion Weekend. Please come visit the FAQ closer to the Reunion for more info and also keep an eye out for more information via email.

Can I park in The Yard?

Getting your vehicle onto, and parking in The Yard is very, very challenging at this point given the various construction projects underway. We do NOT recommend planning on parking in The Yard. Most access will be via foot at Gate 1.

What is the dress code for each event?

Thursday night Class Welcome Social – casual, Friday Cocktail Reception – cocktail, Saturday tailgate and game – casual, Sunday memorial – church-appropriate, Sunday brunch – casual

Are there company reps for each of our companies designated already?

For some companies, yes.  For others, not yet.  If you are interested in being a rep to help “get the word out” to your company-mates, please contact Melanie Butler (swogoddess@yahoo.com).

Are the 5K run and golf tournament happening?

Both events will be determined based on interest during registration. The cost for the 5K participation is $10/person. The costs for the golf tournament are still TBD, as well as the date/time.

Is the class making a profit from this reunion?

Yes, but the profit will go towards defraying costs for the families of our fallen classmates to attend (if they wish), and other class activities.

Do I have to attend each of the events planned?

No. There is a la carte pricing for each of the events, though there are discounts if you bundle the events for adults. There is no discount for bundling events for children.

Do I have to stay at one of the hotels with room blocks?

No, however bus transportation will only be provided to and from these two hotels. If you are not planning to stay at either of the hotels, there is on-site free parking at each of the hotels for you to park and take the class-provided transportation.
