Welcome to the USNA Class of 2007 15th Reunion

Aught Seven!

Come 28-30 October 2022, we'll converge on Annapolis to reconnect with our classmates, family, and friends to watch Navy beat Temple! We have a heck of reunion in store.  First things, first.  This site is our registration page and also includes the overall details for 15 year reunion!  We’ll also be populating the schedule on our class facebook page and sending info via classwide mail.  However, this is our most important page as it registers you for an awesome weekend in October!

Below are our top 10 items:

  1. Register for our Reunion:  you’re already here, click on the ‘Classmates Register Now’ button and register by 15 September!  We will still have some wiggle room after that date, but we really need to get good numbers to ensure we contract for the right amount of food. 
  1. Ticket Prices: We set these at $75 for adults and $25 for kids 4 and older.  We’ve all heard the same ‘broken record’ about costs being more expensive over the last few years.  Compared to our 10 year reunion, costs are 50% higher !?!  – and we are using class funds (savings) to buy down the price.  The actual per person cost for each adult is $110.  With class funds supplementing ticket costs to keep costs at $75, if you make all of the reunion events or just the Tailgate, your price is covered!
  1. Memorial Service - Memorial Hall  (28Oct22/1100): This begins promptly at 1100 on Friday.
  1. Kick Off Social – Alumni House in DTA (28Oct22/1730-2030):   This is the ultimate post P-RADE drill chill.  Please come by, grab some grub and a beer and drill chill before heading into DTA!
  1. After Party - $2007 DTA Bar Tab (28Oct22/2100) Looking for the ‘07 DTA linkup location on Friday night?   We’re putting $2007 on the bar tab to celebrate!  More to follow on the exact location.  This will be a ‘no host’ linkup location.  However, you will need to pick-up a reunion wristband at our Alumni House ‘Drill Chill’ if you want to get access to the $2007 bar tab.  Once the tab runs out … it’s out!
  1. Beat Temple Tailgate - N*star room at Navy/Marine Corps Stadium(29 Oct/1300-1900)
    1. You must have a game ticket to get access to our tailgate location.  Use the promo code 2007 and this link: Click Here. Go Navy!  Standing room only tickets are $30 and block seats in the stadium are $50.  (We highly recommend standing room only seats as many of us will watch most of the game in the N* Room)
    2. The Tailgate starts at 1300.  Game time is 1530. You will receive a wristband upon check-in that allows you to come/go from the tailgate.
    3. We will have a full menu of catered food along with beverages and adult beverages. Beer and wine are included, mix drinks will be available via cash bar.
    4. Kid friendly activities: we plan to setup a movie, art, and activity (pin the tail on the Army Mule, etc) area for those attending with kids. 
  1. King Hall breakfast (tentatively) occurs on 30 Oct and is a prepaid event at $7 a person...if you haven’t bought this as an add-on and want to...go to our registration page and pay for your meal(s)!  [More to follow on this one.  USNA is slated to open this back up post COVID but is pending some final coordination before we can add meal tickets to our registration page.]
  1. SWAG will be handed out SATURDAY at the Tailgate for those who register by 15 September.   For those of you downright dedicated Shipmates looking for more swag and decorations for your house, there are a few options below for you to order directly and have the items shipped to your house. (Less stuff handed out at the football game for you to then lug around)  Class of 2007 swag can be found on this website run by a Class of '08 grad: www.foreverfirstie.com.

How much is the registration fee and what does it cover?

The registration fee for the 15th Reunion is $75 for classmates and adult guests. Kids 4 and up are $25 and kids 3 and under are free. This flat rate per person cost grants attendance at: the Memorial Service, Mixer on Friday evening (Food/Drink/Activities), No Host Social Bar Tab, Tailgate Party on Saturday, Kid Friendly Activities. It also covers the administrative cost associated with planning the reunion, but not limited to, ancillary tailgate costs, programs, usage fees, signage, printing, and nametags. Help the reunion committee by making plans early.

Can I pay with cash or check?

No, to keep efficient processes, we are only accepting credit card transactions - cash and check are not accepted.

What is the processing fee?

The processing fee covers the credit card transaction fees.

When does registration close? What are the late registration fees?

There are no late registration fees but we do ask you to help out the reunion committee by making your plans early! You have the option to make payments over time, the earlier the better!

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis minus the processing fees. Refund requests will be determined by the Reunion Committee.

What identification do I need to gain access to the Yard?

Anyone 18 years of age or older must present a valid, unexpired original REAL ID Act compliant U.S. government photo ID card (e.g., state issued driver's license or identification card); or an original, unexpired passport to enter USNA grounds.

Can I park in The Yard?

Getting your vehicle onto, and parking in The Yard is very, very challenging at this point given the various ongoing construction projects underway.  We do NOT recommend planning on parking in The Yard.  Most access will be via foot at Gate 1 or via shuttle bus.

Can I park at the stadium during game day?

In short, No. Parking will NOT be sold for the stadium (Blue and Gold) lots on game day. A season parking pass can be purchased by season ticket holders. Satellite parking is available at the Harry S Truman Park and Ride, located on Harry S Truman Parkway just off Riva Road. Shuttle service begins five (5) hours prior to the start of the game. Service continues throughout all games, ending approximately two (2) hours after each game's completion. The shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes, and drops off and picks up at the Navy Ticket Office at the Class of 1953 Pavilion. Handicapped Parking: For access to handicapped parking, you must have a season parking pass. In order to obtain handicapped parking, one must purchase a season parking pass as well as have a state issued handicapped parking placard or license plate. Does the Stadium have a Clear Bag policy?

Yes! Navy has adopted A Clear Bag Policy already enacted by many schools around the nation. This policy was adopted to enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient.

Permitted Items: Clear bags no larger than 12"X12"X6", small clutch purses no larger than 4.5"X6.5", blankets, seat cushions, diaper bags, umbrella strollers, and video cameras. All items will be inspected.

How will COVID affect our reunion?

We don’t anticipate any issues with COVID, but will follow the COVID guidelines in effect in Anne Arundel County https://aahealth.org/coronavirus-covid-19-guidance/ and the Superintendent’s guidance https://www.usna.edu/COVID-19/index.php.

What if I'm married to a classmate, do we both have to pay the Classmate registration fee?

Yes. Married classmates must register separately. This ensures each classmate has a proper name tag and not a guest name tag. Since we base the fees on the number of classmates attending the reunion to cover the fixed costs for the entire weekend, we ask that all classmates pay their fee. Each classmate will need to create their own registration. Thank you!
